Accessibility. Built to be used by everyone, and fixed when it is not.

What this site does to work for people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, or a phone in bright sun, and what to do when it falls short.

Last updated 1 October 2026Applies to cypressgroupms.com

In plain English

  • The site works with a keyboard alone and with screen readers.
  • Text can be enlarged to 200 percent without breaking the layout.
  • Colors meet the contrast standard on every page.
  • Motion is reduced automatically if your device asks for it.
  • If something does not work for you, email us and we will fix it, usually within a week.

What we aim for

WCAG 2.2 at level AA across the whole site. We test each page before it ships and again when it changes.

Keyboard and screen readers

Every link, button, and form field can be reached and used with a keyboard, in a sensible order, with a visible focus. Images that carry meaning have descriptions; decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.

Text, color, and motion

Text scales with your browser settings. Color is never the only signal. Animations respect your reduced-motion setting, and nothing flashes.

Forms and booking

Every field has a label. Errors say what went wrong and how to fix it, next to the field. The calendar that confirms a booking is run by a third party; if it does not work for you, email us and we will book the time by hand.

What we know is not there yet

The illustrative screens on this site are pictures of interfaces, so the small text inside them cannot be enlarged or read aloud. Each has a written description instead. Video, when we publish it, will carry captions.
