What we collect, why, where it lives, and how to get it back or have it deleted. Written to be read, not skimmed past.
In plain English
- We collect what you type into a form, how you found the site if you write to us, and the address you subscribe with. Nothing else is tied to you.
- Our analytics run without cookies and do not identify you.
- Your address is never sold or shared. One click removes it.
- Email us and we will send you everything we hold, or delete it, within 30 days.
- Everything lives in accounts we control, in the United States.
What we collect
When you write to us, we keep what you send: your name, work email, company, and message. With it we keep the page you arrived on, the page you were reading before you wrote, and the site or campaign that brought you, so we can see how people find us; this is held in your browser for the visit and sent only if you send the form. If you answer the questions in “Where would we start?” and choose to send your answers with your message, we keep them with it; otherwise they never leave your browser. When you subscribe, we keep your email address and the date you confirmed. When you book a call, the calendar tool keeps the booking. Our website analytics count visits and the actions that matter, form sent, booking opened, without cookies and without identifying you.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to send the note you asked for, and to understand which pages and sources produce conversations. We do not build profiles, and we do not use your information for anything you would not expect.
Where it lives
In our own accounts with a small number of services: a database, an email delivery service, a booking tool, and an analytics tool. Each holds only what it needs. We do not copy your information into other tools.
How long we keep it
Inquiries for as long as we are talking, and up to two years after. Subscriptions until you leave. Analytics are aggregated after 90 days.
Your rights
Ask and we will send you everything we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, within 30 days. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe. You do not need a reason.

If this page changes in a way that matters, we will say so at the top and, if you subscribe, in the next note.
