Our practices
Four practices. One firm.
The work overlaps, because businesses do. A refinance changes what a company can build. A new dashboard changes what a lender will believe. We keep all of it at one table.
Practice 01
Growth & Technology
This is the front door of the firm. Technology only pays when people use it, so we start with what the business already knows: its own data. We build the analytics, the demand engine, and the operating spine behind them — where leads come from, how they are worked, what the owner sees on Monday morning, which products and which crews actually make money. Then we train the team by role until the tools are theirs rather than ours. AI belongs in this work, in specific places, for specific jobs, and never as a substitute for judgment. Most engagements begin here because it is the fastest way to prove whether a partnership is worth having.
What this looks like
- AI adoption roadmap and role-based team training
- Analytics built on your own data: merchandising, AP/AR, marketing spend
- CRM and pipeline buildout
- Operating dashboards leadership actually opens
- Website, brand, and demand generation
- Process design and automation
Practice 02
Capital & Finance
We work on the cost and structure of a company's money. That means sitting in the room with lenders, reading the terms line by line, and asking for what the numbers support. Most owners are paying more than they should because nobody has renegotiated since the loan closed. We bring CFO-grade discipline to companies too small to carry a CFO.
What this looks like
- Renegotiated loan terms and banking relationships
- Debt restructuring and refinance packages
- Cash-flow modeling and 13-week forecasts
- Capital-deployment strategy
- Lender-ready financial reporting
Practice 03
Real Estate
Strategy first, transaction second. Before a building is bought or sold we want to know what it is for, what it costs to hold, and what it does to the balance sheet in a bad year. Our relationships across Mississippi surface deals before they are listed. We think in portfolios, not commissions.
What this looks like
- Acquisition underwriting and deal structuring
- Site strategy and market analysis
- Portfolio review and hold/sell discipline
- Off-market sourcing through our network
- Lease and sale negotiation support
Practice 04
Investments
We take minority stakes in businesses we already advise. Some of that equity is bought, some is earned against value delivered, and some arrives as growth capital when a company is ready to move. We do not want the keys. We want to be the partner an owner calls before making a decision.
What this looks like
- Minority buy-ins of 20–40% in businesses we advise
- Earn-in structures tied to delivered value
- Growth capital alongside strong operators
- Board-level guidance without taking over
